Nigahiga is a popular YouTube channel and personality of Japanese American Ryan Higa (born June 6, 1990 (age 21) in Hilo, Hawaii. Since relocating to Las Vegas to study filmmaking at UNLV,Higa's videos are either solo efforts or videos with other people such as KevJumba.They are known for their YouTube comedy videos, which have been viewed over 1.1 billion times. As of May 2012, Higa's YouTube channel, nigahiga, has over 5.3 million subscribers, and is the second most subscribed YouTube channel of all time, surpassed only by RayWilliamJohnson. According to Higa, his channel name is a combination of "Niga", which means "rant" in Japanese,and his last name, "Higa".

New Girl is an American television sitcom that premiered on Fox on September 20, 2011.It stars Zooey Deschanel, Jake Johnson, Max Greenfield, Lamorne Morris and Hannah Simone. On September 28, 2011, after two episodes aired, Fox ordered an additional 11 episodes to the initial 13-episode order, bringing the first season to 24 episodes. New Girl has received favorable responses from critics since its conception, with many giving particular praise for Deschanel's performance. YTF (Yesterday, Today, Forever)

Kevin is in a group called YTF. The web series Funemployed, launched in the summer of 2010, stars Kevin Wu and Wong Fu Productions Philip Wang and includes other notable YouTube stars such as Nigahiga, David Choi and Kina Grannis. With so many fans of Wong Fu Productions, and Kevjumba, this series quickly took off and became a hit, reaching 500,000 viewers in only a few weeks. The series focuses on two good friends named Kyle (Kevin Wu) and Jason (Philip Wang), and how they are dealing with unemployment after Jason is laid off at work. Kyle is characterized as the typical laid back guy, who comes off as somewhat of a slacker, while Jason is characterized as the more studious hard worker of the two. The two eventually come up with an idea of how to make money, believing that YouTube is the key, an allusion to Wu's and Wang's real life success with YouTube videos. 

 

          YTF Global (Yesterday, Today, Forever) is a group of entertainers notable for having been formed through networking on YouTube. The group performed their first concert on October 9, 2011 in Oahu, Hawaii

• Ryan Higa (nigahiga) is a YouTube comedian having more than 5 million subscribers, making him the 2nd most subscribed user of all time. His videos have received over 1 billion views, averaging 10 million views per video. He has made a guest appearance on Nickelodeon show Supah Ninjas.
• Kevin Wu (KevJumba) is a YouTube comedian having more than 2 million subscribers, being the 10th most subscribed user of all time. He was also a contestant on the 17th season of the The Amazing Race.He is also currently hosting Flicks on Cartoon Network.
• Chester See is a singer-songwriter whose videos have been viewed over 30 million times. He was the host of Disney Channel's Disney 365.
• Victor Kim is a member of the dance group Quest Crew, winner's of the 3rd season of America's Best Dance Crew.^]His YouTube videos have been viewed over 30 million times.
• Dominic Sandoval (D-Trix) is a former member of the award winning Quest Crew, and is currently one of the judges for the 7th season of America's Best Dance Crew. He also competed on So You Think You Can Dance?. His YouTube videos have received over 20 million views.
• JR Aquino is a singer and was a contestant in the 4th season of American Idol. His YouTube videos have been viewed over 30 million times.
• Andrew Garcia is a singer who appeared as one of the top 12 finalists in the 9th season of American Idol
